研制了一种 2 0 0 k V/10 0 k A环轨式场畸变开关。该开关以 Ar、N2 、SF6 及 SF6 /N2 、SF6 /Ar混合气为工作介质 ,试验结果表明 :开关自击穿电压最大偏差 <4 % ;欠压比≥70 %时 ,抖动极差 <2 ns,标准方差抖动≤ 1ns;通道数≥ 3;开关工作范围极大 ,欠压比≥ 2 0 %时抖动极差 <5
This paper describes the development of a 200 kV/100 kA ring rail electrode field distortion switch with low jitter and low prefire probability. Its jitter is less than 2 ns when its working voltage is larger than 70%U_ sb . When its working voltage is greater than 85%U_ sb its jitter is less than 1ns if Ar, N_2 and SF_6/N_2, SF_6/Ar mixtures in which the percentage of SF_6 is less than 50% is used as dielectric. Its maximum derivation of self-breakdown voltage is less than 4%. It is a multi-channel switch and the number of discharging channel is more than 3. The results of self-breakdown and triggering experiments working with Ar, N_2, SF_6 and SF_6/N_2, SF_6/Ar mixtures are introduced.
