The Development of 1/10 μs Impulse Current Generator

介绍了研制的 1/ 10μs冲击电流发生器设计原理和基本参数。放电稳定、工作范围宽的充气式场畸变火花开关控制放电 ,工作电压 13～ 4 4 k V。

This paper presents a 1/10 μs impulse current generator. Its parameters of impulse current, operating voltage, virtual front time and virtual time to half value, are 2.5~20 kA, 13~44 kV, 0.925 μs and 2.86 μs, respectively. The discharge is controlled by a filling-gas field distortion spark gap which could steadily work in a wide operating range.
