摘要
从实现压气机在线动态测试与监控环境建设出发,采用虚拟仪器技术实现了三级轴流压气机各级特性的在线测量、十六通道热线风速仪测试方案和数据分析模块集成的在线实现、以及三孔测量探针的在线标定和两维速度、总压、静压的在线测量。对虚拟仪器概念在压气机实验研究中的实现作出了初步的探讨。
The paper applied the technology of virtual instrument to measure all characteristics of a three-stage axial compressor on line and implement the acquisition and analysis for the sixteen-channel Constant Temperature Anemometer System onlinely.The paper also offered a way to calibrate the three-hole probe on line and measure two-dimensional velocity, total pressure and static pressure. It discussed that the concept of virtual instrument was applied in the experiments of compressors.
