短周期涡轮试验台流量调节阀的设计

摘要 本文利用CFD对短周期涡轮试验台的流量调节阀进行了优化设计,改进了流量调节阀喉部的流动状况,提高了调节阀对流量的控制能力;对流量调节阀尾部锥体的三种设计方案进行了比较,得到了最佳方案。 A control valve is designed to regulate the mass flow in a short duration turbine test facility. The flow patterns in the throat of valve is calculated and optimized with a CFD code. By means of modifying the throat profiles, the controlling ability of the valve has been enhanced significantly compared with the prototype design. By using of the CFD code, the flow field through the valve tail part, corresponding to three design tail profiles are analyzed and compared. Considering a number of factors affect the performance and manufacture cost, a compromised tail profile design has been selected.
