摘要
针对环境温度及地磁场对彩色显示管色纯的影响,进行了分析研究。通过实验找出了17in纯屏彩色显示管色纯随环境温度及地磁场变化的规律。结果为温度每变化1℃,显示管ECC的最大变化量接近1μm;横向,轴向,垂直三个不同方向地磁场的变化引起ECC的变化有各自特殊的方向性。实验结果有效地为控制产品质量提供了依据,确保了产品质量稳定提高。
The influences of ambient temperature and earth magnetic field on CDT colour purity eccentricity (ECC) is analyzed. The law of ECC variation along with ambient temperature and the earth magnetic field variation was found out by lots of experiments. The maximum influence For 17' CDT ECC is near 1 μm/1 ℃. ECC varies with the earth magnetic field change in vertical, axial, lateral three different directions respectively. Product quality has been controlled effectively by taking measure based on the law.
