环形腔处理机匣对低速风扇性能和失速裕度的影响

摘要 本文从实验角度探讨一种新型带有环形腔的槽式处理机匣对风扇性能和失速裕度的影响。结果表明:处理机匣的槽向和槽与转子轴向重合度是影响风扇性能的两个主要参数,应用于本实验的低速风扇中,圆弧槽槽向与转子叶型方向相错,槽与转子轴向重合度为1/3的环形腔处理机匣对风扇失速裕度有明显提高,但效率略有下降。同时随环形腔腔体体积增大风扇裕度有明显振荡变化,进一步的规律值得深入探讨。 The onset of rotating stall of compressors can be controlled by various methods, such as active or passive control technique. Based on a new design of casing treatment configuration, this paper presents a controllable passive way to extend the stall margin of a fan. The present work focuses on two parts, the one is to investigate how the casing treatment affects the onset of the precursor of rotating stall; the two is to study how the casing treatment changes the range of stall margin when adjusting its recess volume. The experimental results show the casing treatment can extend the stall margin as much as 11.5%, and the range of the stall margin can be effectively controlled by changing the recess volume of the casing treatment.
