Design and Implementation of a General Digital Direct Current Stabilized Voltage/Constant Current Power Source

以通用器件89C4051、PCF8591、SN75176为核心,以RS-485(远程通信)和I2C(内部通信)串行通信总线为基础,开发出数字直流电源,实现了稳压输出、恒流输出、稳压恒流双限定输出、多台并机负荷自动均衡输出及远程监控等功能。输出电流达10A。文章介绍了相关器件的功能特点及数字直流稳压 恒流电源的软、硬件设计原理,给出了典型应用实例。

With the core of the general element of 89C4051,PCF8591,SN75156 and with the foundation of serial communications BUS of RS485 (remote communications) and I2C (internal communications),a digital direct current power supplyis developed. This kind of power supply presents roles as Stabilized Voltage output , constant current output , cimited stabilized Voltage and constant current output , several power supply load′s automatic balanced output and longdistance monitor. The output direct current is more than 10A. The author presents the characteristics of the correlation element and the application of software and hardware principle to designing of the digital direct current steady voltage and constant current power supply. The author also gives a representative application example.
