利用试管薯快速繁殖马铃薯 被引量:26

摘要 用含有8%蔗糖,5毫克/升6—苄基嘌呤,500毫克/升矮壮素和5克/升活性炭的液体培养基处理马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)及其野生种的试管苗,诱导出了试管薯.在黑暗条件下18~20℃时,供试的22个基因型的试管薯平均产量为每30个茎段产试管薯34.4个,平均重量为107.4毫克.从切段培养到收获试管薯共需8~9周.该方法诱导试管薯时间短,产量高,薯块大,优于已报道的其它方法.研究发现,活性炭对促进试管苗生长和试管苗产量和大小都有显著效果.本文探讨了试管薯植株生长不一致的可能原因和用试管薯保存种质可能带来的遗传变异. An efficient system for mass tuberization in vitro was established in wide range of potato genotypes. Activated charcoal has significant improvement on plantlet growth and tuberization in vitro. The microtubers were directly planted in field or multiplied through single node cuttings in greenhouse. Abnormal growth of microtubcr plants were observed and discussed.
