摘要
首次应用免疫电镜筛选出高纯度、高浓度的马铃薯毒源试管苗,为制作效价高、活性好的抗血清提供良好的抗原.论述了PVX,TMV和PVY 3种毒源在烟草寄主上繁殖时的拮抗关系,从而为马铃薯毒源繁殖和保存提供了科学依据.
It is the first time that the tube seedings potato virus sources with high purity and high concentration, were selected with the techniques of the immunity electron-microscope in this paper. The potato virus sources would be as the antigen to make the antiserum with high concentration of the antibody and high activity. In addition, influence relationship among PVX,PVY and TMV were mentioned when they wcre reproduced in tabacco host plants. The result would be very useful for reproducing and keeping potato virus sources.
