摘要
在热力学分析的基础上,开发了以氧化钇稳定氧化锆作固体电解质,Y2O2S与Y2O3混合粉末为辅助电极的金属液定硫传感器 电池构造形式为 :Ni-Cr|Cr-Cr2 O3 |ZrO2 (Y2 O3 )|Y2 O3 +Y2 O3 S| [S]Fe|Ni-Cr 采用整体成型技术组装定硫传感器半电池 ,分别在实验室和工业现场对传感器的性能进行了测试 ,结果表明 。
Based on the thermodynamic analysis, a sulfur sensor has been developed, used in liquid metal, with YSZ as electrolyte and the mixed powders of Y2O2S and Y2O3 as auxiliary electrode. The cell expresses as: Ni-Cr|Cr-Cr2O3|ZrO2(Y2O3)|Y2O3+Y2O3S|Fe|Ni-Cr The semicell of the sulfur sensor has been shaped by a integral shaping method. The sulfur sensor shows high chemical stability, quick responsibility and high stability of the EMF, measured in our lab and industrial spot srespectively.
