摘要
高压电源在真空电子器件的工作电路中一般是不可缺少的。本文采用一种ZVS单端倍压变换电路,实现行波管放大器的3000V高压电源。详述了该方案的工作原理及实现电路,并作了计算机仿真分析,给出了实验结果。
Highvoltage power supply is the indispensable part of the working circuit of the vacuum electronic components. This paper proposes a scheme of ZVS doublevoltage convertor which is used to realize a 3000V highvoltage power supply for TWT amplifier. The principle and the operating circuit are detailed. Finally, the simulation results verify the correctness of the analysis. An application example and the experinental result are also presented.
