摘要
主要介绍了一种新的管道冷挤压连接方法———环连接,该连接方法通过外力推动箍紧环使同种材料或不同材料的连接管道产生弹性变形,从而实现管道之间的相互连接和密封。其主要适用于有色金属小径薄壁管道连接。重点分析了影响管道连接质量的主要因素,以及对如何提高管道连接质量提出了相应的对策,并通过ANSYS有限元分析方法对整个连接过程、连接后管道的应力应变分布、连接所需推力以及破坏时的抗拉力进行了模拟分析。所求得的推力以及抗拉力和实验值比较接近,结果表明:该管道连接方法连接强度高,连接可靠。
A new technology of cold-formed pipe connection-- - ring connection is introduced in this paper.This technology is mainly used in small diameter and thin wall non-ferrous metal pipes'connection.The same or different material and diameter pipes that will have elasto-plastic de-formation under the hoop compression load ing exerted by the thrust to the ring are con nected and pressurized.The major factors re sponsible for high connection strength are analyzed,and their coun-termeasure is put forward.At the same time ,with the use of ANSYS finite element method,the strain and stress distrbution of the connected pipes,and the connecting force and anti-tensile force is ana-lyzed in this paper.The results show:The connected pipe has had high connected intensity,and this technology is worth popularizing especially in refrigerator pipes'connection.
