American technology has been leading the whole world. Besides the result of continuous and large amount of people,money and property, the most important reason is the whole set of rigorous and effective system arrangement. The system of active technology finance and tax, effective knowledge property rights, rigorous technology law, together with the system of sturdy technology evaluation endow special vitality to technology career, promoting the improvement of technology greatly.
