摘要
本文简要介绍了硫酸氧钛溶液在超声场中水解的实验研究。实验中探讨了用分光光度计比色测定水解临界点的可行性 ,并通过分别测定超声波场作用下以及无场作用下硫酸氧钛溶液的水解临界点和水解率。探讨在自生晶种的钛水解工艺中 ,超声振动对晶核形成过程的促进作用。结合SEM形貌及元素含量分析 ,X射线衍射分析 。
In this paper,were briefly introduced, that in titanium sulfate solution, the hydrolysis of titanium ion in an ultrasonic ware field was experimentally studied. In the experiments, the feasibility of using a spectrophotometer to detect the critical of the hydrolysis process was investigated. While in the hydrolysis procedure without adding external seeds, the accelerate action of the ultrasonic vibration for the formation of hydrolysis nuclei was studied mainly by determining the critical time and the hydrolysis rate in the hydrolysis process of titanium sulfate solution with and without ultrasonic irradiation respectively. Moreover the action mechanism was initially studied based on SEM and XRD analysis of the hydrolysis products.
