摘要
本文结合自己工作实际 ,分析了企业离退休干部思想现状 ,就如何做好新时期企业离退休干部思想政治工作进行探讨 。
The current state of the political ideology of VCSR and retired cadres are analyzed based on personal working experiences.Strategies and suggestions on improving ideological and political education of VCSR and retired cadres in the new period are also discussed.
