摘要
针对高放大倍数下 ,在一帧显微图像中无法获取所观测对象全貌的问题。运用基于块匹配的算法进行了多帧图像的自动拼接 ,并采用多分辨率技术实现了匹配算法的快速实现。
Aiming at the problem that the watched object's total shape can not be obtained under high microscopic enlargement times, the matching algorithm based on block matching is applied to mosaic these overlapping images automatically, and the muti resolution technique is introduced to realize fast computation of mosaicing algorithm.The mosaicing results show the fast moscaicing algorithm of microscopic image is simple and effective.
