摘要
介绍了一种高精度的智能液位传感器 ,其工作原理为 :在超声探头 (型号为 5 P1 4 )上施加一负电压脉冲信号 ,探头发出脉冲超声波 ,当遇到不同介质界面的时候超声波被反射 ,回波信号被超声探头接收 ,转换成脉冲电压信号 .利用 PIC1 6 C6 3单片机的捕捉功能来计算超声波回波与发射波之间的时间 ,进而计算出超声波在液体中传播的距离 ,实现对液位的精确测量。该传感器测量精度高 。
A kind of smart instrument of ultrasonic liquid detector has been described.The theory is:the ultrasonic detector gives off a ultrasonic wave when it is given a electronic pulse.This ultrasonic wave is rejected at the interface of two kinds of media.The ultrasonic detector receives this wave and converts it into electronic pulse.The time between the send pulse and the back pulse can be captured using the capture function of the MCU PIC16C63.The distance can be calculated by the time,the liquid level can be detected by this way.
