摘要
工序卡片的生成是CAPP的技术难题,主要原因是工序图生成特别困难。在工具式CAPP系统中,由于对生成工序图的自动化程度要求不高,可通过零件图形文件与工序文件的用户化联接实现工序图的半自动生成。在工序卡片生成过程中,由用户选择图形文件中的部分实体组成零件可视棱廓,并经过用户的少许编辑,添加工序尺寸、定位及夹紧要素符号,保存后传给工序卡片以实现工序图的生成。
Generation for process is a technical problem in CAPP system, because generation for process graph is very hard. In Tool CAPP system, the automation level of generation for process graph is not high, so semiautomatic generation for process graph can be performed by cutomeroperated connection part's drawing file with process file. In the procedure of generation for process card, the user selects some entity in part's drawing file to compose part's visible edgeprofile, and through user's editing, adding process dimension and positioning mark and clamping symbol, the drawing file of part saved is tranfered to process card file to carry out generation for process graph.
