摘要 针对现代伺服操作器智能化的发展趋势和要求,综合微机测控技术、自动控制理论、RS485总线网络等技术,设计了全新的嵌入式智能伺服操作系统。该系统集伺服放大器、数字操作器及位置反馈器功能于一体,在保留模拟伺服操作器原有功能的同时,新增了逻辑判断、故障监控、堵转判别、掉电数据自保护、远程通讯等多项功能,实现了操作器的智能化、微型化、多功能化。论文介绍了系统的工作原理、特点、主要功能,并重点阐述了位置反馈器数字化调节、堵转判别、主从分布式远程通信等关键技术。 To digitize and intelligentize the traditional analog servo controllers, the microcomputer measurement &control technology is masterly and flexibly applied and a brandnew embedded smart servo operating system has been designed. The system integrates the functions of servo amplifier, digital operator and position feedback part. Many new functions have been added to its original design, e.g., logical judgement, selfdiagnosis, alarm &protection to malfunctions (e.g. engine-block), powerdown data selfprotection, longrange COM communication with PC, etc.. By doing so, the said system has been fully intelligentized and miniaturized. Its working principle, features and main functions are presented. Some key techniques are given in detail, such as digital adjustment to position feedback signal, PC/MCU distributed distant communication,and engine block judgement.
