摘要
应用有限元法分析了超高速铣削刀具刀齿的受力和应力,并分析了超高速铣削刀具的热传导特点,根据刀具的受力和热作用分析表明,超高速铣削时最大主应力产生在刀具内周边处,且刀齿的受热过程为一个持续时间极短的热脉冲过程。在此基础上,讨论了超高速铣削刀具的磨损形式和过程,刀具的磨损形式主要有由机械摩擦引起的磨粒磨损、热脉冲应力和力脉冲应力引起的疲劳断裂及粘结磨损,并在刀齿根部产生最终断裂。
The force and strain on the cuttooth have been analyzed by using limited element method. And its conduction of heat also has been analyzed. The analysis shows that the biggest force is produced inside of it, and a heat pulse is formed during the cutting process. On this basis, the wear of cuttool has been posed. It shows that its main wear are abrading wear and fatigue wear. And the break of the cuttool is produced in the boot of the cuttool.
