乳舒胶囊治疗家兔乳腺增生病的实验研究

Experimental study on Rushu Capsule in treating rabbit's mastoplasia

目的 :研究乳舒胶囊 (鹿角胶、淫羊藿等 )对实验性家兔乳腺增生病的治疗作用及其机制。方法 :采用手术摘除卵巢和肌肉注射苯甲酸雌二醇法造成家兔乳腺增生模型。结果 :乳舒胶囊治疗组的乳头红肿、乳腺增大和显微小叶、腺泡、导管增生均轻于模型组。乳舒胶囊可抑制血清雌二醇的升高、改善家兔的血液流变性并降低乳腺组织雌激素受体 (ER)、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)及增高孕激素受体 (PR)阳性率。结论 :乳舒胶囊对实验性家兔乳腺增生病有明显的治疗作用 ,其机理可能是通过改善家兔的激素水平和血液流变性 ,并调节ER。

Objective: To study the action of Rushu Capsule (deerhorn glue, Herba Epimedii, etc) in the treatment of the experimental mastoplasia of rabbit's model and its mechanism. Methods: The model was established by injecting estradiol benzoate after ovaritomy. Results: The symptoms of red and tumefaction of hipples, hyperplasia of mammary glands and microscopic leaflets, acini and tubes in treatment group were smaller than that in model group. Rushu Capsule could reduce the plasma estradiol level of hormones, improve the abnormal hemorrheology, and inhibit the content of the estrogen receptors (ER) and proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), improve the progesterone receptors (PR) in mammary cell. Conclusion:Rushu Capsule is effective obviously in the treatment of experimental mastoplasia of Rabbit's model, it can improve the level of hormones in rabbits and the abnormal hemorrheology, adjust the level of ER, PCNA and PR in mammary cell, these may be the primary mechanisms of action.
