摘要
分析了吸尘器弯管连接头的工艺特点 ,介绍了成型该塑件注射模的对开式侧抽芯结构及滑块连接杆式圆弧侧抽芯机构 。
The technological features of the elbow union joint of dirt collector were analyzed. Split flange type of side core pulling structure and slide-block joint lever type of side arc core pullingmechanism of injection mould for forming the parts were introduced. In addition, the working process of the mould and notice in design were expatiated.
