摘要
对GCr15轴承钢连续变温形变复相淬火工艺进行了研究。结果表明:经过连续变温形变的复相淬火组织在高温回火过程中,其碳化物的球化主要以两种机制进行,且具有“等效性”。与其他工艺相比,具有碳化物球化速度快,碳化物形态、分布优异,工艺操作简单,生产周期短,节能效果显著等特点。可部分替代传统的等温退火作为轴承套圈毛坯的预先热处理。
The study on multi - phase hardening technology of GCr15 bearing steel in continuous varying temperature shaping has been made in the paper. The results show that, in the process of multi - phase hardening and high temperature tempering, the carbide spheroidizes in the two ways, which have equivalent effect. Comparing with other technologies, the speed of carbide spheroidization is quick, the shape and distribution of the carbide is perfect, the technology operation simple, production circle short, saving energy remarkable. It can replace traditional isothermal anneal as advance heat treatment of roughcast of bearing rings.
