The Investment Control of the Deep Development Project in Fankou Lead-zinc Mine

对凡口铅锌矿深部开拓工程建设的可行性研究、投资估算、设计工程图纸、招标投标、合同管理、施工组织、施工结算等一系列过程进行了综合分析,认为对这些环节深化管理,可以较好地控制工程造价。

In this paper, a series of implementation links of the deep development project in Fankou Lead-zinc Mine are analyzed comprehensively, including feasibility study, investment evaluation, the design of engineering drawing, bidding and tendering, management of contracts, organizing of construction, settlement account of construction, etc. The authors consider that the cost of the construction project be better controlled by deepening the managements of these links.
