摘要
赣州有色冶金研究所与攀钢选钛厂合作,应用SLon-1500立环脉动高梯度磁选机对微细粒级钛铁矿磁选-浮选流程中的磁选部分进行了工业试验。当给矿的TiO2品位为9.23%时,经一次磁选作业,获得了含TiO2为19.58%的精矿,其回收率为63.12%。该试验为攀钢通过浮选获得最终钛精矿奠定了基础。
Ganzhou Institute of Nonferrous Metallurgy Research, in cooperation with Titanium Concentrating Plant of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co., used SLon-1500 vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator to carry out the commercial experiment of the magnetic separation in the magnetic separation-flotation flow sheet for micro-sized tail titaniferous iron produced by magnetic separation. At a TiO2 content of feed ore being 9.23% , a titanium concentrate with TiO2 grade of 19.58% was obtained through primary magnetic separating, with a separating recovery of 63.12%. The experiment had laid a solid foundation for obtaining a final titanium concentrate by flotation in Titanium Concentrating Plant of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co..
