阐明了企业集团进行资本经营的成因和新观念,介绍了企业集团进行资本经营的战略方式,并以华菱集团公司为案例说明企业集团资本经营的手段和意义,认为企业集团资本经营可以调整、优化资本配置结构,可以促进资本集中、实现规模经济和协同效应,可以实现资本整合和产业升级,将成为中国经济的主旋律。
The paper expounds the formation causes and new ideas of the capital operation of enterprise groups, introduces the capital operation strategies of enterprise groups, then based on the successful case of Hua-Ling group, illuminates the measures and significance of capital operation of enterprise groups. It is considered that the capital allocation structure can be adjusted and optimized,the centralization of capital can be accelerated, the scale economies and the synergistic effect, the integration of capital and the upgrade of industry can be achieved through the capital operation of enterprise groups, which will become the main rhythm of China economy.
