预浸布生产线是渔具行业重要的生产装置。本文介绍了PLC对预浸布生产线进行多辊速度控制、干燥塔温度控制、收卷纠偏控制 ;采用变频器对电机速度进行调节 ;使用触屏作为人机接口 ,进行参数设置和监控 。
Product line of phenolphthalein preliminary-immerged cloth is important production equipment in fishing gear industry.The paper introduces the implement of controlling the speed of multi-roller,temperalure of dryness tower,teclify a devialion of furl using PLC.Adjusting the speed ofmotor adopting transducer.Touchscreen is used as a human-machine interface,by which parameter setting and supervisingcan be performed.A good effect is achieved.
