摘要
考虑到油膜能量方程是一分布参数系统 (DPS)这一特点 ,将DPS稳定性分析的方法引入油膜热不稳定性的分析。选择适当的半离散化使DPS用LPS (集总参数系统 )来近似 ,将DPS转化为高维的LPS来分析油膜温度的稳定性。结果表明在油膜中的确存在着热不稳定性现象 ,热不稳定性与轴颈的旋转速度和外载荷有着密切的关系 ,在承载能力范围内 ,速度越高。
The stability analyzing method of DPS(distributed parameter system) is introduced into the study on the instability of oil film in journal bearing Because the oil films energy equation is a DPS, proper dispersed method is chose to make the DPS be able to be displaced by high dimension LPS for analyzing the instability of oil film temperature The results show that instability indeed exist in the oil film and it is affected by the velocity of the journal and the load The higher the velocity is and the less the load is, the easier the instability occurrence is
