摘要
通过对磨削粉末冶金材料制件氨味的研究 ,得出由于磨削时活性金属切屑粒子的作用 ,使磨削冷却液中亚硝酸三乙醇胺防锈添加剂发生离解、三乙醇胺发生分解 ,放出氨气。在磨削冷却液配制时 ,停止使用亚硝酸钠和三乙醇胺 ,改用苯甲酸钠等防锈添加剂可有效地解决这一问题。
The ammonia odor of powder metallurgy materials in grinding processing is studied We think it is the effect of active metal detritus that make nitroso triethanolamine decompose in grinding coolant and emit ammonia When grinding coolant is prepared,the problem can be effectively solved through using another anti corrosive such as sodium benzoate instead of sodium nitrite and triethanolamine The improved product can reach the national technical norms
