摘要 本文基于 Fe( )氧化硫脲生成 Fe( )的反应和 L uminol- O2 - Fe( )化学发光反应相偶合 ,建立了流动注射化学发光测定硫脲的新方法。方法检出限为 4× 10 - 7mol/ L,RSD=2 % (C=5× 10 - 7mol/ L,n=11) ,方法用于白葡萄酒中硫脲的分析测定 ,结果满意。 A new method for determining thiourea by flow injection of chemiluminesence was developed based on the fact that the oxidation of thiourea by Fe(Ⅲ)was coupled to chemiluminesence redox reaction of luminol and Fe(Ⅱ).The detective limit was 4×10 -7 mol/L and the relative standard deviation was 2% for 11 measurement times to 5×10 -6 mol/L thiourea standard solution. Therefore,the method is used to determine thiourea in white grape wine with satisfaction.
