异舒吉联合抵克立得肝素治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of Isoket,Ticlid and Heparin in combination treatment of instable angina pectoris

目的 :探讨异舒吉、抵克立得和肝素联合治疗对不稳定心绞痛 (UAP)的价值。方法 :对 72例不稳定心绞痛 (U AP)患者 ,随机采用异舒吉 (Iso Ket德国大瓦兹大药厂 )与抵克立得、肝素联合治疗组 4 2例 ,冠心病常规治疗组 30例 ,对总有效率、症状控制时间及安全性观察。结果 :(UAP)联合治疗组显效 17例 (4 0 .5 % ) ,有效 2 0例 (4 7.6 % ) ,无效 5例 (11.9% ) ,总有效率88.1% ,症状有效控制时间为 (1.8± 0 .8) d,治疗过程中出凝血时间 ,凝血酶原时间均在正常范围 ,无 1例出现皮肤粘膜、泌尿道、消化道和脑出血现象 ,对照组显效 6例 (2 0 % ) ,有效 8例 (2 6 .7% ) ,无效 16例 (5 3.3% ) ,总有效率 4 6 .7% ,症状有效控制时间 (5± 0 .8) d,经统计学处理分析两种疗法的总有效率及症状控制时间比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,结论 :异舒吉、抵克立得和肝素联用可比单一抗血小板用药更为有效 ,对预防 U AP进展为提供了一种疗效迅速、安全可靠 ,副作用少的治疗方法。

Objective:To investigate the value of Isoket,Ticlid and Heparin in combined treatment of instable angina pectoris.Methods:The total effective rate the symptom-controlling time and safety were observed in 72 patients with UAP, among whom 42 received Isoket,Ticlid and Heparin in combied treatment and others were given routine treatment in coronary heart disease.Results:In combined treatment,there was obvious effect in 17 patients(40.5%),effect in 20 (47.6%),and failure in 5(11.9%),with the total effective rate of 88.1% and the symptom-controlling time of (1.8±0.8) day.The B T ,C T.and P T in the treatment were with in normal range .No bleeding in the skin mucous,urinary,digestive tracts or brain was observed.In the routine treatment,there was obvious effect in 6 patients(20%).effect in 8(26.7%) and failure in 16(53.3%),with the total effective rate of 46.7% and the Symptom-controlling time of (5±0.8) day.Either the total effective rate or the symptom-controlling time was significant in the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions:The combined treatment of UAP with Isoket,Ticlid and Heparin is more significant compared with routine treatment.Thus,the combined treatment is an effective and safe way with less side effects to prevent UAP from changing into AMI.
