摘要
对铝表面制备装饰膜的等离子电解氧化方法进行了研究。结果表明:以铝酸钠、柠檬酸三铵、氟化钠组成的电解液,加入或不加入添加剂,通过等离子电解氧化处理,在铝表面可获得不同颜色的陶瓷膜。该溶液成分简单、稳定性好。其工作电流密度为7A/dm2,处理时间10min。
The plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) method for the decorative coating of aluminum alloy was investigated. Results showed that decorative ceramic coatings with various colors on the surface of aluminum alloy were obtained by means of PEO in the aqueous electrolyte composed of NaAlO2, (NH4)3C6H5O7 and NaF with or without additive. The aqueous electrolyte had advantages of simple composition and process stability. The current density and processing time were 7 A/dm2 and 10 min, respectively.
