摘要
从分析美国INGERSOLL-RAND公司70年代的自动拧紧机所存在的主要问题入手,论述了对其改造的必要性,针对这些问题提出了改造方案,给出了改造后的拧紧机的结构原理框图,并对框图中各个环节的功能做了简要介绍。最后给出了自动拧紧机主控单元控制系统的程序流程图。
Starting with analysis on main problems of automatic tightening machine made of American Co.in the70' s,the necessary of modification on it was discussed and modification project was advanced.The structure principle diagram of modified tightening machine was given and an introduction on each function in the diagram was made.In the finial the program flow diagram of automatic tightening machine main control system was givn.
