摘要
介绍了可控螺纹联接技术的机理,对扭矩法和扭矩/转角法两种拧紧工艺进行了分析与比较。通过对在两种不同拧紧工艺下影响螺纹联接装配的实质———螺栓的轴向预紧力的分布和散差的比较,并结合生产实践进一步论证了扭矩/转角法拧紧工艺在发动机关键螺栓联接中的应用价值。
The mechanism of controllable thread joint technology was introduced,and comparison between two tightening technology,i.e.torque method and torque-angle method,was made.Through analysis on bolts axial pretightening force which play an important function on thread joint assembly under two different control mode,combined with practice,it is demonstrated that torque-angle tightening technology has wide application in the engine bolt joint.
