摘要
采用花粉管通道法将bar基因导入籼稻品系E32 ,得到对除草剂Basta具有抗性的转基因水稻。遗传分析表明外源bar基因在受体植株后代中呈单基因显性遗传 ,在世代间可以稳定遗传。目前已分离出抗性稳定的株系。
Transgenic rice plant were obtained by transferring the herbicide resistant gene bar into rice breeding line “E32' by pollen-tube pathway method.Genetic analysis showed that bar gene could be inherited stably,and its segregation ratio was in conformity with the inheritance law of a single dominant gene.Stable lines without segregation in herbicide resistance have been selected. ;
