In the international trade,which either sales of goods or transferences of technology, it is the one of the essential conditions of the rights guarantee of the intellectual property rights, China will strengthen the protection of the intelletual property rights on legislating and performing the laws after China's entry into WTO. Thus it is necessary to discuss the problems of the rights guarantee on intellectual property rights in the international trade.
