论经营城市的若干理论和政策问题

On the Theories and Policies of the Operation of the City

随着我国城市化的发展 ,“经营城市”这一新的理念和模式正在被越来越多的城市政府所接受 ,对加快我国城市建设起了很大作用。但由于对其理论上认识不够全面 ,因而在政策实践中也存在一些问题。

With the development of the cities in China, the new idea of the “operation of the city” is accepted by more and more city government, which plays an important part in the deep development of the cities in China. But as we can not fully understand the idea theoretically, there are still some problems in practice. This paper will probe into it.
