组合算法用于肝纤维化CT图像研究

Combined method with weights used in hepatic fibrosis CT Images

肝纤维化CT图像纹理分析研究是一个针对临床需求的研究课题 ,目前国内外报道很少。本文将灰度共生矩阵和颗粒分析方法进行组合 ,对肝纤维化CT图像训练样本进行深入研究。结果说明可以使用该方法来区分这两组图像 。

Aimed at the clinical need,the study on texture analysis of hepatic fibrosis with CT images is seldom reported.This paper proposed a combined method from grey level co-occurrence and particle algorithm,and made a research on image samples.The result shows that the method can make a difference between the normal and hepatic fibrosis samples,and improve the recognition rate.
