子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液ICAM-1和VEGF水平的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过测定子宫内膜异位症 (内异症 )患者腹腔液中细胞内粘附分子 1 (ICAM 1 )和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的水平 ,探讨其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测 36例子宫内膜异位症患者和 4 0例对照组腹腔液中ICAM 1和VEGF的含量。结果内异症组腹腔液中ICAM 1和VEGF的水平较对照组显著增高 (均P <0 .0 1 ) ;在月经周期中 ,ICAM 1的水平增殖期与分泌期差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,VEGF的水平增殖期显著高于分泌期 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;ICAM 1和VEGF两者无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论内异症患者腹腔液中ICAM 1和VEGF增高 ,可能参与其病变的发生发展。 ObjectivesTo explore the clinical significance of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis.MethodsICAM 1 and VEGF levels in peritoneal fluids collected from thirty six patients with endometriosis and 40 patients with non endometriosis served as controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique.ResultsICAM 1 and VEGF levels in peritoneal fluids of patients with endometriosis were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.001,P<0.05 respectively). During the menstrual cycle, no significant difference existed between the ICAM 1 levels in proliferative and secretory phase(P>0.05), but the VEGF levels in proliferative phase were significantly higher than those in secretory phase(P<0.05). However, there was no significant correlation between ICAM 1 and VEGF levels(P>0.05).ConclusionThe increase of ICAM 1 and VEGF levels in peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis may reflect their participation in the occurrence and progress of this disease.
