摘要
目的研究丹参注射液对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)的影响。方法将 96只SD新生鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、丹参治疗组、丹参预防组 ,采用免疫放射分析法 (RIMA)检测血清NSE浓度。结果在HIE后 6h之内三组血清NSE浓度相比较差异均无显著性 ,HIE后 2 4、4 8h ,丹参治疗组和预防组血清NSE浓度较对照组明显下降 (t值分别为 8.2 3,1 4 .4 6和 1 1 .2 3,2 1 .37,均P <0 .0 1 )。结论丹参可预防和减轻新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤 。
ObjectivesTo study the protective effects of Danshen Root injection on serum activity of neuron specific enolase (NSE) in neonatal rats with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).MethodsNinety six SD rats of 7 days old were divided randomly into 3 groups: ①Control group injected with normal saline; ②Danshen treated group; and ③ Danshen prophylactic group. Serum activity of NSE was detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA).ResultsWithin 6 h after establishment of HIE, there were no significant differences in the serum activity of NSE among three groups. But serum NSE activities in Danshen treated and prophylactic groups decreased markedly than those in the control group when HIE was prolonged for 24 and 48 h (t= 8.23 ,14.46,P<0.01; t=11.23,21.37,P<0.001 respectively).ConclusionDanshen Root injection can exert prophylactic and alleviative effects in neonatal rats with HIE, showing significance for guiding the clinical treatment of this disease.
