摘要
建立了应用断续流动氢化物发生原子荧光法测定康必硒中的微量硒的方法 ,并以正交实验对还原剂浓度、介质盐酸浓度、仪器测定条件等进行了研究 ;在优化条件下 ,方法的检测限为 0 0 4 6 9μg/L ,在 0~ 80 μg/L范围内线性良好 ,相关系数为 0 9998,方法的平均回收率达到 10 1 4 5 % ,相对标准偏差小于 5 %。
A procedure of intermittent flow-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence is developed for the determination of selenium in kangbixi. The factors that affect the determination of selenium such as reducer concentration, medium acidity and some instrumental conditions are optimized by orthogonal design. Under the optitum conditions, the detective limit is founded to be 0 0469 μg/L, the the fluorescence intensity is linear to the concentration of selenium in the range of 0 0~80 0 μg/L, correlation coefficent is 0 9998, relative standard deviation is below 5%, the recovery reachs 101 45%.
