成人智力鉴定时智商的临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of Intelligence Quotient in Adult Intelligence Critical.

目的 探讨鉴定成人智力鉴定与智商测验之间的关系。方法 使用中国修订韦氏成人智力测验对 2 9名成人智力鉴定者进行检查 ,使用中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准中精神发育迟滞及成人智残评定量表进行临床鉴定 ,并与儿童智力咨询组进行对比。结果 成人智力鉴定时与智商测验结果不一致达 62 .1% ,高于儿童组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 智力鉴定时不应单纯依靠智商 。

Objective To study the relation between the adult intelligence critical and the intelligence scale. Methods 29 intelligence criticals of adult were tested by Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-revised in China (WAIS-RC) as well as by CCMD-3 and Adult Mental Handicapped Scale. The results were compared to the children model. Results Adult clinical critical differs from intelligence quotient to the degree 62.1%, higher than the children group(P<0.001 ) Conclusions Adult intelligence critical depends not only on intelligence quotient and adapting ability to society, but also on adult mental handicap scale.
