幕上疑难脑肿瘤的MRI图像诊断分析

目的 提高幕上疑难脑肿瘤的诊断水平。方法 分析 11例幕上疑难病例MRI表现和临床资料。检查序列包括SETIWI和FSET2WI ,其中 5例行Gd -DTPA增强检查。结果 位于中线的肿瘤 ,当瘤体生长较大 ,与侧脑室关系密切时 ,鉴别脑室内外肿瘤便成为重点、难点。脑胶质瘤病有其典型影像学表现 ,其诊断相对较易。脑室外的脉络丛乳头状瘤因其为罕见肿瘤易误诊。结论 脑转移瘤的诊断需结合临床与影像学表现。

Object:Improving diaguostic difficulty of Supratentorial Cerebroma.Method:MRI appearances and clinical data of Supratentorial Cerebroma cases were analysed.Pluse sequences included SET、WI and FSE,T2WI5 out of 11 cases were performed after contrast administation.Results:As far as the cerebroma in the cerebral middleline,when they became larger close to the lateral ventricle,differentiation between intraventricle and extraventricle was the keypoint.Brain Gliomatrosis had its typical imaging,so it was easy to diagnose.Because extraventricular choraid plexus neoplasm was a rare case,it was ofter misdiagnosed.Conclusions:The diagnsis for brain metastasis tumors should be combined with clinical appearance and imaging.
