摘要 目的 探讨溃疡性结肠炎的红细胞免疫与HLA相关性。方法 从免疫、遗传学角度对 32例溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)患者及 10 1名无血缘关系的健康人进行HLA -Ⅰ类 (A、B、C)、Ⅲ类 (C4A、C4B、BF)基因频率及红细胞免疫功能进行了测定。结果显示UC患者的HLA -B5、B2 7的基因频率显著增高 ,(P <0 0 5 ,0 0 1;RR =2 2 91,2 6 32 =;而C4AQ0 的基因频率则显著降低(P <0 0 5 ,RR =0 .10 0 8=,其它基因 (HLA -A、B、C、C4A、C4B、BF)和UC无明显相关。结论 HLA -B5、B2 7是我国UC的易感基因 ,C4AC0 是抗性基因。实验显示UC红细胞免疫功能低下 ,表明UC是一种遗传性免疫病。 objective:Association of HLA genes with immune function of red blood cells in Ulcerative colitis in Chinese population.Methods:101 Chinese unrelated controls and 32 patients with ulcerative colitis (UC)were examined for MHC class Ⅰ(A,B,C genes),class Ⅲ(C 4A,C 4B BF genes) and the immune function of red blood cells.Results:The results showed that the frequencies of HLA-B 5 and B 27 genes were significantly increased in UC(P<0.05,0.01;RR=2.291,26.32=The frequency of C 4AQgene was significantly decreased in UC (P<0.05,RR=0.1008=.None of the other genes of HLA-A,B,C,C 4A C 4B,BF investigated significantly associated with UC.Conclusion:These date suggest that HLA-B 5 and B 27 genes may be the susceptible gene and C 4AQ.gene may be the resistant gene of UC in Chinese population.In this experiment we have found that the immune function of red cells is decreased in UC,indicated that UC is an genic immue disease.
