解剖型钢板固定干骺部骨折评价(附98例报告)

An Evaluation and Analysis of the Fixation of Metaphyseal Factures with Anatomical Bone Plates

目的 :探索 MAYR○解剖型钢板在干骺部骨折治疗中的应用。方法 :通过对 98例干骺部骨折采用 MAYR○解剖型钢板固定的评析 ,评价该手术的优越性。结果 :MAYR○解剖型钢板在干骺部骨折治疗中疗效满意。结论 :MAYR○解剖型钢板是根据骨骼的特定部位的解剖形态制作的 ,与干骺部骨轮廊相匹配 ,因而手术操作极为方便 ,创伤小 ,固定骨折稳定性好 ,有利于骨折愈合和功能锻炼 。

Objective:To probe into the applicatin of MAY R○ anatomical bone plates in treatment of metaphyseal fractures.Methods:To appraise the advantages of the operation through evaluation and analysis of 98 cases of metaphyseal fractures with MAY R○ anatomical bone plates.Results:Desired results are achieved when MAYR○ anatomical bone plates are applied in treatment of metaphyseal fractures.Conclusion:The anatomical MAY R○ bone plates are manufactured with their forms fitted to the contours of the particular bone segments and good match with outlines of metaphysis.Thus operations are convenent with small soft tissule damage and good stability.They are good for healing and joint exercise and ideal implant materials for metaphyseal fractures.
