带锁髓内钉在下肢骨干多段骨折的应用

Application of the Interlocking Intramedullary Nailing in Treatment of Multi-portion of Shaft Fractures in Lower Extremity

目的 :探讨带锁髓内钉在下肢骨干多节段骨折应用的临床疗效及有关问题。方法 :回顾性分析 31例股骨、胫骨干多节段骨折应用带锁髓内钉的临床资料 ,有关适应证、切开复位、扩髓及动力和静力固定问题进行讨论。结果 :31例中除 2例失访 ,2 9例随访 8～ 31个月 ,平均随访 12 .5个月 ,关节功能恢复优良率 93.1% ,骨折愈合率 98.3%。结论 :只有掌握好操作技术 ,带锁髓内钉是目前治疗下肢骨干多节段骨折的一种良好内固定方法 。

Objective:To study of clinical effect and related problems on fractures of Multi-portion of Shaft in Lower Extremity treaded with interlocking intramedullary nailing.Methods:To analyze the clinical data of 31 cases with interlocking intramedullary nailing in the femoral and tibia fractures of multi-portion retrospectively,to discuss questions on indication,open reduction,reaming marrow cavity,fixation of dynamic interlocking and fixation of static interlocking.Results:29 cases average follow-up period is 15 months(ranged 8 to 31 months).The excelent and good rate of joint function recovery is 93.1 %,the rate of union is 98.3 %.Conclusion:The interlocking intramedullary nailing is a good internal fixation for treatment of multi-portion fractures of shaft in lower extremity as long as operation techniqne being master.It would be widely used in clinical practice.
