摘要 目的 :探讨 Orion钛板在颈脊髓损伤手术中的应用价值。方法 :采用 Orion钛板对 4 6例颈脊髓损伤患者 (部分配合应用 Pyramesh钛网 )行颈前路减压、植骨 (原位 /髂骨 )融合 ,内固定。结果 :4 6例患者中 4 3例获得随访 ,时间为1.5~ 2 8月 ,32例≥ 6月 ,10例≥ 3月 ,1例≥ 1.5月。 4 1例已获骨性愈合 ,术后椎间高度及生理弯曲维持满意 ,无一例发生植入物并发症。结论 :采用 Orion钛板行颈脊髓损伤椎间融合能充分保证固定阶段的稳定性 ,植骨愈合率高 ,有效地维护了伤椎椎间高度和生理曲度 ,在颈脊髓损伤中有较大的应用价值 。 Objective:To study and evaluate the application of Orion anterior cervical locking plate system(ACLPS)in the treatment of cervical spinal cord injuries;Methods:46 cases cervical spinal cord injuries were treated with anterior decompression,bone grafting,intervertebral fusion with Orion ACLPS fixation(part with titanium mesh).Results:43 cases were followed up for 1.5~28 moths,32 cases≥6 months,10 cases≥3 months,1 case≥1.5 months.complete fusion of bone graft were observed in 41 cases,maintenance of intervertebral height and physiology curves were satisfied,with no obvious complication of hardware fixation.Conclusion this kind of ACLPS(Anterior cervical Locking System)can ensure the stability of the fixation segments and promote bone fusion,maintenance intervertebral height,physiology cures,have a high value in the treatment of cervical spinal injuries,long-term effect is yet to be tested.
