Some problems of applications of transpedicle fixation technique in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis

应用椎弓根螺钉技术治疗腰椎滑脱是重要进展 ,滑脱椎体可能复位 ,骨性融合率提高 ,但存在复位丢失 ,钻钉技术困难 ,尚需进一步提高融合率和防止螺钉折断等问题。作者认为 ,必须改进钻钉技术 ,使用 X线监护 ,选用合适的内固定器 ,重视植骨术 。

Application of pedicle fixation technique is a very critical improvement in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis,which makes it possible to reduce the slided vertebra and enhance the fusion rate.But there are still some problems unresolved,such as loss of reduction,difficulty of screw implantation,further promote the fusion rate and ducrease instrument failure.Author believe that pedicle screw is better to be implanted under the surveillance of fluoroscope.To choose an appropriate internal fixation system and pay more attentions to bone implantations will have more chance to get bony fusion.
