Clinical effect of Shape-memory hook in the management of spondylolysis

目的 探讨镍钛记忆卡钩治疗腰椎弓峡部裂及手术方法。方法 总结 98年来应用形状记忆卡钩治疗腰椎弓峡部裂 15例 ,并应用术中植骨。结果 随访 6-3 8个月 ,平均 14个月 ,X线提示峡部融合满意 ,优良率达 10 0 %。结论 该方法手术创伤小 ,内固定简单、操作方便、固定确实 ,植骨融合率高、并发症少 。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of shape memory hook and bone grafting in the management of spondylolysis.Methods Since 1998, 15 cases of spondylolysis had been treated with shape-memory hook.Results The mean follow-up were 14 months (range 6 to 38 months), all patients get excellent and good results. X-ray show all patients get bone fusion.Conclusion This operation is mini-wounded, simple and rigid-fixed, low complication.
