摘要
目的 :观察年轻恒牙脱位后引导性组织再生术 (guidedtissueregeneration ,GTR)对牙周愈合和牙髓牙根变化的影响。方法 :选择 72例 14 4个脱位后无冠折、根折的外伤年轻恒牙 ,随机分成GTR组和对照组 ,分别观察牙周愈合和牙髓牙根的变化。结果 :术后 6个月时两组PD均显著减少 ,附着水平均显著获得 ,但GTR组探诊深度 (probingdepth ,PD)和附着获得均明显优于对照组。 1年时GTR组PD平均减少3.6mm ,附着获得 3.5mm ,与对照组 2 .3mm、2 .2mm差异十分明显。牙髓坏死率和牙根吸收率两组亦有明显差别(P <0 .0 1) ,GTR组各型牙根吸收均明显少于对照组。结论
AIM:To evaluate the affect of guided tissue regeneration(GTR) to reimplantation of young permanent teeth.METHODS:A total of 144 dislocated young permanent teeth in 72 injuried patients were studied and divided into GTR group and control group. The GTR group were undergoing GTR treatment on each tooth. The control group was used as comparison. Clinical measurements and radiography were used to evaluate the effect.RESULTS:Six months later, clinical measurements showed significant attachment gain, significant decrease of probing depth(PD) of the two groups.The mean PD of the experimental group decrease by 1.6 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.4 mm, and the attachment gain at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months respectively by 1.9 mm,1.8 mm,3.7 mm, which showed statistical significant differences to the control group( P <0.01). The rate of pulp necrosis and root resorption of the GTR group is obviously less than that of the control ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION:The reimplantation of tooth can be treated by GTR with good results.
